The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and intact, with tamper proof seal, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns, exchanges, or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items only (original tags, dust bags, and boxes must be intact). Contact us at support@houseofkiyaara.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued as store credits, which will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases. Please allow some time for the credits to reflect in your account after approval.
